Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  3. Add chicken to the sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
