- 4 medium Sweet potatoes (Peeled and cut into cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper (Freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (Optional for added flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (Chopped, for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
