Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 20 meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Coat the meatballs with the glaze and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Cook rice in water until tender, then stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Serve meatballs over sesame rice.
Notes
- Use fresh ground beef for best texture.
- Adjust chili sauce to taste.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
