Description
Sweet chili chicken wraps are a quick and flavorful meal. These wraps combine tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a sweet and spicy sauce for a delicious handheld dish.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully done, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and 2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce to the chicken. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Assemble the wraps by placing cooked chicken, lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, and cucumber in the center of each tortilla.
- Drizzle the remaining sweet chili sauce over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to seal. Serve immediately.

- You can add avocado or cheese for extra creaminess.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce based on your spice preference.
