  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups frozen fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake fries as per package instructions.
  2. Coat chicken cubes in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
