Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over the steak with lemon slices.
