  • 8 pieces Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet or grill and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your preferred doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  7. Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the grilled ribeye steaks topped with the garlic butter shrimp mixture.
