- 2 pieces Ribeye steak
- 8 pieces Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 pieces Garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Add olive oil to the skillet or grill and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the grilled ribeye steaks topped with the garlic butter shrimp mixture.
