- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup of olive oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add the cooked quinoa to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Add the chopped basil and mix gently.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
