A refreshing and easy-to-make summer dessert that layers fresh berries, yogurt, and granola for a delicious treat.

- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the berries with honey or maple syrup if using. Set aside.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing summer dessert!
