Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, and bell peppers.
- Stir in black beans and corn.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Can add avocado for garnish.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
