Ingredients

  • 20 large white mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, setting aside caps.
  3. Chop mushroom stems finely and mix with cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, salt, and parsley.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
