- 20 large white mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté stems and garlic until soft.
- Mix sautéed stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

- Use fresh mushrooms for best texture.
- Can substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free crumbs.
- Add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.
