- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, diced

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and top with cheese if using.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until peppers are tender.
