- 2 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups Fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour. Toss until the fruit is well coated. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined and crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
