- 2 cups red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix red velvet cake mix with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Fold in strawberry puree.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- Fresh strawberries work best for puree.
- Chill thoroughly for clean slices.
