A refreshing strawberry matcha latte with boba for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with a little hot water until dissolved.
- Combine strawberry puree, milk, matcha, and honey in a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Place cooked tapioca pearls in a glass.
- Pour the strawberry matcha mixture over the boba.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Store leftover strawberry puree in the fridge for up to 3 days.
