A simple and delicious strawberry freezer jam recipe that captures the fresh taste of strawberries.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and mashed
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare your jars by washing them in hot soapy water.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed strawberries and granulated sugar. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, mix the fruit pectin and water. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the pectin mixture to the strawberries and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the jam into the prepared jars, leaving some space at the top.
- Seal the jars and let them sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.
- Transfer the jars to the freezer for long-term storage.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Jam can be stored in the freezer for up to a year.
- Thaw in the refrigerator before use.
