Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then crush them in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar to the crushed strawberries and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the fruit pectin with lemon juice.
  4. Combine the pectin mixture with the strawberries and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the jam into clean containers, leaving space at the top.
  6. Seal and freeze the jam. Use within a year.
