- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries and sugar.
- Spread the strawberry mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the strawberries.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
- Pour water over the entire mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
- Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
