- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter to make crepes.
- In another bowl, mix chopped strawberries with powdered sugar.
- Fill each crepe with strawberry mixture and fold.
- Serve immediately.
