- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the oat mixture and gently fold them in.
- Divide the mixture evenly into jars or airtight containers.
- Top with crushed graham crackers if desired for added texture.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the Greek yogurt with cream cheese for a richer flavor.
