A delicious and easy recipe for strawberry cheesecake overnight oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- Optional toppings: additional strawberries, granola
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth.
- Layer the oat mixture and diced strawberries in a jar or container.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and add optional toppings if desired.

- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Use any milk you prefer.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
