This strawberry cheesecake dump cake is an easy, delicious dessert that combines the flavors of cheesecake and strawberries in a simple dump cake format. Perfect for gatherings and potlucks!

- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling. It doesn’t have to be perfect; it will spread while baking.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- If using, scatter the fresh sliced strawberries on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Great with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
