This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy and delicious dessert that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberries in a simple dump cake format.

- 1 (15.25 oz) box strawberry cake mix
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional for garnish)
- Whipped cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling for an even distribution.
- In another bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until just combined. Pour the cake batter over the cream cheese and strawberry layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with fresh strawberries and whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Feel free to add a layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the cream cheese mixture for a more cheesecake-like texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
