Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
- Mix cream cheese and strawberry jam. Drop a small spoonful in the center of each cup.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dip in melted butter and powdered sugar glaze.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
- Adjust jam amount for stronger strawberry flavor.
