- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
- Top with sliced strawberries and warm strawberry jam before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for several hours before serving for best results.
- You can substitute fresh strawberries with other berries.
