- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Optional: additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in an even layer.
- Top with sliced strawberries, pressing them gently into the cheesecake.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice into bars and serve. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese for a rich and creamy texture.
- You can substitute fresh strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries.
- These bars can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
