  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • as desired Toppings (granola, sliced fruits, nuts, seeds)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter, then blend again.
