- 1 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 medium, sliced Banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
- as desired Toppings (granola, sliced fruits, nuts, seeds)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter, then blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with your choice of granola, sliced fruits, nuts, and seeds.
