Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into sauce to thicken.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after saucing.
- Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
