- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Marinate the wings for 30 minutes before baking for deeper flavor.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra glaze.
