- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a pot with 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Place a steaming rack in the pot.
- Place the lobster tails on the rack, shell side down.
- Cover the pot and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the pot and let cool slightly.
- Cut the shell and serve with melted butter and lemon juice.
