Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak, juicy shrimp, and noodles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz stir-fry noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot for 2 minutes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together and cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Slice steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
