Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak, juicy shrimp, and noodles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz stir-fry noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Add steak slices and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot for 2 minutes.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
  7. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  8. Toss everything together and cook for 1 minute.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Slice steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.
  • Use fresh shrimp for best results.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
