Description
A hearty dish combining steak and seafood in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz scallops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sauté shrimp and scallops until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return steak, shrimp, and scallops to skillet, coating them with sauce.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
