Description

A hearty dish combining steak and seafood in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz scallops
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté shrimp and scallops until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return steak, shrimp, and scallops to skillet, coating them with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
