Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak medallions with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Add asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Pour garlic butter over steaks and serve with asparagus.
