- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Take the steaks out of the fridge and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter to the skillet and baste the steaks for additional flavor.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
