A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining juicy steak and shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Stir to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
