Description

A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining juicy steak and shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Stir to coat with sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
