Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain and mash the potatoes.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté cabbage and green onions until soft.
- Add sautéed vegetables to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix in salt, pepper, and sour cream.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add cheese for extra flavor.
