Ingredients

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and milk, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Use more or less food coloring to achieve desired shade.
- Consider adding crushed mint candies for extra flavor.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing treat.
