- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Rinse the corned beef and place it in a large pot.
- Add beef broth, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar.
- Cover and simmer for 2.5 hours.
- Add potatoes and carrots to the pot.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook for 15 minutes.
- Slice the corned beef and serve with vegetables.
