Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place corned beef in a large pot.
  2. Add beef broth, mustard, black pepper, and garlic.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  4. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes to the pot.
  5. Simmer for another 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add chopped cabbage and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Slice corned beef and serve with vegetables.
