Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for frosting)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in milk and green food coloring until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
- Decorate with green sprinkles if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use gel food coloring for a brighter green.
- Pair with mint-flavored whipped cream for added flavor.
