- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of green food coloring
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and oil.
- Add green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until peaks form.
- Frost the cooled cake with the whipped cream.
- Serve and enjoy.
