Description

Ingredients

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add peas and spinach, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, if desired.
- Serve warm.
