Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 potato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add vegetable broth, potatoes, and asparagus. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Stir in peas and spinach, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Blend if desired for a smooth texture.
- Serve warm.
