Ingredients

- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of filling at one end.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Seal the edge with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
- You can add protein like shrimp or chicken if desired.
- Ensure oil is hot enough before frying for a crispy texture.
