- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, carrots, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Spoon filling onto the wrapper and roll tightly, folding in the sides.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry spring rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
