A quick and fresh pasta dish perfect for spring.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and peas, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan.
- Toss with vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Can be made vegan by omitting cheese.
