Ingredients

- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and chop the spring onions.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Add spring onions to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the mixture.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the onions are tender.
- Serve hot as a side dish or on top of rice.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can add other vegetables for variety.
