- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and vegetables to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with a side salad.
