- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
- You can make this dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator before baking.
